With the Wonacott team successfully helping to launch Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – First Assault Online’s early access preview on Steam with our friends at Nexon America, we couldn’t have been more excited to see the fruit of our “pitch” work when First Assault was listed first on IGN’s homepage feature banner AND as one of the Hot Games of 2016.

Uhhhh, MIND BLOWN! (But we’re cool. We’re not excited at all…)

Through our pitching and coordinating efforts and “Saito-esque” sniper skills, the First Assault IGN feature broke globally and highlights 11 minutes of some of the best action packed FPS coverage from last week’s virtual tour, which we were lucky enough to participate in, too! In addition to IGN, we were able to bring in 14 additional outlets to participate in the play sessions, including CG Magazine, GameRanx, Gamespot, GameZone, GotGame, Grab the Games, Japanator, MMO Huts/OnRPG, MMORPG, MMOs.com, Siliconera, The Escapist, and Venture Beat.

We might have ended the virtual tour with cuts and bruises defeat against the media team, but with the front-page feature, I think its safe to say “Mission Accomplished”.
